In plain language: We collect only what we need to deliver your service, we never sell your data, and we treat everything you share with us as confidential. This policy explains the details.

01
Who We Are

1.1 This privacy policy applies to Maria-Ines Design Studio, doing business as Envisioned ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website codifiedinthecity.com and delivering the Codified in the City service.

1.2 For any privacy-related questions, contact us at: hello@mariaines.co

We do not use invasive tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or sell data to advertisers
03

04
Third-Party Services

4.1 In the course of delivering our services, we may use the following third-party platforms, each with their own privacy policies:

Anthropic (Claude) — AI platform used to build your system. Anthropic does not use data from paid plans to train AI models.
Zoom — For virtual sessions and screen sharing. Sessions may be recorded with your consent.
Stripe / payment processor — For secure payment processing. We never see or store your full card details.
Telegram — For post-session support communications.
Google Workspace, GHL, ClickUp, and other tools — Accessed only with your explicit permission and only during the scope of the engagement.

4.2 We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

05
Data Retention

5.1 During the engagement: We retain access to your data only for the duration needed to deliver the service and provide post-session support (30 or 60 days, depending on your package).

5.2 After the engagement: We do not retain copies of your business data on our systems beyond the support period. Your deliverables (Brain File, Voice Guide, modules) are yours — they live on your systems, not ours.

5.3 Communications: Email and Telegram correspondence may be retained for business record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

5.4 Anonymized data: We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data about engagement patterns to improve our services. This data cannot be traced back to you or your business.

06
Remote Access & Session Security

6.1 For virtual sessions, we may request temporary screen-sharing and remote control access via Zoom. This access is session-bound only and terminates the moment the call ends.

6.2 We do not install software, agents, or persistent access points on your computer. You may revoke screen access at any point by clicking "Stop Share" or ending the call.

6.3 Any information encountered during remote access — whether related to the engagement or not — is treated as strictly confidential.

6.4 For in-person sessions (Codified in the City), we work directly on your device in your presence. No remote access is established before or after the session.

07
Your Rights

7.1 You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data from our systems
Revoke access — Disconnect any tool or platform access at any time, before, during, or after the engagement
Object — Object to the use of your data for any purpose not directly related to delivering the service

7.2 To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@mariaines.co. We will respond within 30 days.

08

8.1 Maria-Ines Design Studio DBA Envisioned operates internationally. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the Netherlands (EU) and/or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

8.2 For clients in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the lawful bases of: contractual necessity (to deliver the service you've booked), legitimate interest (to improve our services), and consent (where applicable, such as for marketing communications).

09
Cookies & Website Analytics

9.1 Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising scripts.

9.2 If we implement analytics in the future, we will use privacy-respecting tools that do not track individual users across sites or sell data to third parties.
